VPN stays in the product name because many teams search for it, but most visitors arrive via proxy-related queries. Use the flags to review logins, chargebacks, or geo mismatches manually.

Your public IP address is the network address your device uses on the internet. Websites and apps see this address when you connect.

When you open this page, Greip shows your current IP in the lookup field and in the results after you run a check.

This page calls Greip's IP scoring API (GET /score/ip/{ip}). Results include threat score, risk level, recommendation, and security flags.

For country, city, timezone, and ASN data, use the IP geolocation lookup tool instead.

Replace the pre-filled value with another IPv4 address (for example a server or VPN exit IP) and click lookup. Threat score and security signals update for that address.

Results show security and scoring fields from IP scoring. They are informational for this free checker, not a substitute for production fraud rules.
