Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our services. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy for any reason, you can request a refund according to the conditions set below.
* Please note that not all of our services are returnable.
Return period
In general, apart from products that are excluded from the return process, you must submit a return request within seven (7) days from the date the invoice was issued or from the date the service was delivered, whichever comes later.
Return process
To submit a refund request, please send an email to our Customer Service Center at [email protected] with the following details: your invoice number and a copy of the payment invoice. Please use the subject line: ‘Refund Request - [Invoice Number]’ to ensure prompt handling.
The process of responding to the request may take a maximum of three (3) days, and this response will include information regarding your request whether it has been approved or not (based on the conditions described below), and if it is approved, access to the service will be withdrawn. That you have requested a full refund (you will not be able to manage / control the service that you requested to return) and start the process of returning the amount according to the principles agreed upon in this return policy page. The refund process may take up to fourteen (14) days from the date of submitting your refund request. It may take 1-2 business days for funds to appear on your card (duration depends on the card provider).
Return rules
You can cancel your service subscription at any time and receive a refund for the unused portion. For example, if you paid $10.00 for a plan allowing 10,000 requests over one (1) month, and after 10 days, you’ve used 3,000 requests, you would be eligible for a refund of $7.00 (calculated at $1.00 per 1,000 requests). Refunds are only available for services with significant unused portions, typically more than 50% of the service usage remaining.
Please note that certain services, especially those involving custom or on-demand work, may be non-refundable. These exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
